LWCC has a fully licensed commercial kitchen available for rent for most food preparation (no frying allowed). Rental rate is $20/hour + GST.

Long-term renters must complete a LWCC rental agreement and a facility use agreement for the City of Winnipeg. All rental groups must have liability insurance that fulfills the requirements stipulated by the City of Winnipeg:
- Minimum of $2,000,000.00 inclusive.
- Both Linden Woods Community Centre and The City of Winnipeg added as an additional named insured.
- Inclusion of a cross-liability clause.
- 30-day cancellation notification.
Long-term rentals are invoiced monthly. Statements are sent by email only.
