Year End Yoga Sessions - Winter Reset Yoga / Holiday Drop-In Series

Take time to unwind and reconnect during the busy season.

Each class offers a blend of gentle movement, stretching, and guided relaxation to restore body and mind.

Year-End Candlelight Yoga& Restore – Unwind from the holidays and gently close out the year with candlelight, slow stretches, and restorative poses. Release tension, reflect, and create space for calm as you move into the new year. All levels welcome to this cozy, grounding practice.

Flow & Stretch Yoga – A balanced class blending gentle standing flows with deep floor stretches to build strength, mobility, and calm. Move mindfully to release tension and restore balance. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor without assistance.

Candlelight Pre-Bedtime Yoga Stretch & Restore – Ease into rest with a soothing candlelit class of gentle stretches and restorative postures. Set fresh intentions and quiet the mind through a brief guided meditation. A peaceful way to prepare body and mind for deep, restful sleep. All levels welcome.

  6. Mon Jan 12,8:15-9:15 pm – Candlelight Pre Bedtime Stretch & Restore

Cost: $50 for up to 6 sessions (Attend what works for your schedule)

Balance & Bones

Balance & Bones Classes will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice (Hatha) to energize and strengthen the body for the first 30 minutes. The following 30 minutes will be Yin style which targets joints, ligaments and fascia within the body. Poses are passive and held longer to open the body to allow more flexibility and to quiet the mind.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a safe and gentle form of yoga performed while seated or using a chair for balance. Yoga and fitness exercises that gently target areas of weakness, tension, chronic pain, inflammation, reduced mobility, and/or difficulty standing for prolonged periods of time. Chair Yoga may be the perfect practice to help you slowly develop balance and stability while improving strength and flexibility regardless of age.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga classes are a slower pace which is less intense than traditional yoga classes, thereby allowing participants to pay close attention to their body's sensations and limitations.

Gentle yoga emphasizes conscious breathing (pranayama) in order to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. A slower tempo allows for deeper stretching that can help to release tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.

Must be able to be get up and down from floor as well as be on knees, standing up as well as lying down unassisted/no chair.

Flow & Stretch Yoga

Unwind midweek with a gentle flow to warm the body, followed by deep, feel-good stretches to release tension and improve flexibility.

This class is the perfect blend of movement and relaxation - leaving you refreshed and ready for the rest of your week.

Ideal for those comfortable moving between standing and floor poses.
